How are our products legal in all 50 states?
In the United States, Cannabidiol (CBD) extracted from hemp is exempt from the DEA's marijuana laws. Our producers create naturally derived raw hemp oils in FDA-registered and GMP-certified facilities in the United States. Because of these circumstances, the FDA considers hemp oil a dietary supplement product, which is legal under federal law and in all 50 states. Due to the recently signed Farm Bill, we are able to offer products derived from domestically grown hemp. All products contain less than .3% THC.

How to order?
Due to recent changes from the Farm Bill, Holistic Hope is now able to utilize legal, domestic credit card processing for our CBD products. What was once almost impossible for businesses to do in a safe manner for their customers, is now no different than buying a t-shirt online. Simply click on "Online Store" in our header and add anything you would like to your cart. How fast will you receive your order?
At Holistic Hope we understand the urgency for these products and send orders out for shipping 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. All orders are shipped via the USPS at one of two speeds. We now offer free delivery on all orders via First Class mail which generally takes about 5 to 7 business days. If you require your order sooner, just select Priority Mail at checkout to receive it in 1 to 3 business days. If one of the items in your order is out of stock due to popular demand, it will be shipped separately when it comes back into stock at no additional cost. If the item does not come back into stock within 7 days of your order, you will be notified and offered a refund or exchange.
Returns will not be accepted on any products. All sales are final due to the nature of the products, but items damaged during shipping can be exchanged if we are contacted within 24 hours of receiving the package.
